Our annual AGM will be held on Monday 21st October, all welcome to attend, all positions are available on the committee, however prior suggestions would be advisable.
The meeting will start 7.30pm prompt and we will aim to wrap things up as quickly as possible.
All costitutional changes will be voted upon during the meeting with ammended constitutions going out in the latter part of the year with next years membership form.
